GO ARTS HIGH!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!

I just saw a commercial for the new season of Project Runway, so I decided to go check out the website for it. I was looking at the designers and saw, "Hey, that girl's from Minnesota." So I clicked on her and HOLY FREAKING COW, I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH HER. We weren't friends, and since I sort of hid in the corners, she probably doesn't know who I am, but I definitely know who she is. She was a media major at the arts high school, and she always seemed very nice.

Everyone go check out Katherine Gerdes and root for her when the show starts.

Brad -- I'm so freaking jealous! Yes, tell her hi from me, but I seriously doubt she knew who I was because I was even more antisocial there than at Oberlin. So you might want to say something like, "This girl Rebecca, from Arts High, who you've probably never seen, says hello and she's rooting for you." =D

Lis -- Crazy, isn't it? I never saw her car, but that sounds like her to me. I'm happy to see an arts high alum doing cool things in the public eye!

I know, isn't it great! My friend Nathan actually knows her from Target, where they are both designers. I've gotten him to promise to apply next season. :)

I thought she had brown hair?

What year did she graduate?
Her name is familiar, but her picture is not...

Stacia -- in high school she used to bleach her hair. That's so cool that your friend works with her! Yea for Minnesota!

Laura -- she was media '99, but I think she might have come our senior year, now that I think about it. So maybe you didn't know her at all.
